SUBSTITUTIONS

They key to eating healthy and not even realizing it: SUBSTITUTE
Substitute these things to cut TONS of cals (Or as I see it, being able to eat more for less 😏)

Sugar - stevia, honey, maple syrup
Noodles - whole wheat noodles, zoodles (zucchini noodles), spaghetti Squash
Rice - cauliflower rice, sweet potato rice
Milk - nonfat milk, almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
Bread - 45 cal bread, rice cakes
Oils (in baking) - apple sauce, mashed banana
Milk Chocolate - dark chocolate (70% or above), carob
Flour - whole wheat flour, coconut flour, almond flour, oat flour, or just oats 😊
Butter - coconut oil, "I can't believe it's not butter" (👈I love the spray kind)
White - WHOLE wheat
Mayo - greek yogurt
Cream - almond milk, greek yogurt, coconut milk
Peanut Butter - PB2 (Especially in Smoothies!!), almond butter
